How could we respond when a customer wants to know why they can buy the identical products on Amazon for considerably less money? Example Wolf Griddle Cleaner kit or a water/air filter. (The items are exactly the same even boxed with the wolf or subzero logo)
What words or phrases do you use to de-escalate a tense customer? Is there something that you find that works in calming down a frustrating situation? Our goal is always to leave the customer with a solution instead of another concern.
How do you handle Customers that are upset we have not been able to accommodate their time preference?
